Technology Process Flow

HOW CONTINUOUS PYROLYSIS WORKS

Continuous pyrolysis is an advanced thermal recycling technology that converts end-of-life tyre chips into valuable industrial resources in an oxygen-free environment.

Unlike traditional disposal methods such as landfilling or open burning, continuous pyrolysis safely breaks down waste tyre chips through controlled heating, enabling material recovery with significantly lower environmental impact.

Waste Tyre Chip Collection

Discarded and processed end-of-life tyre chips are collected from industrial and commercial sources.

Tyre Chip Feeding System

The tyre chips are continuously fed into a sealed pyrolysis reactor through an automated feeding mechanism.

Oxygen-Free Thermal Decomposition

Controlled heating in the absence of oxygen prevents combustion and decomposes chips into reusable hydrocarbon products.

Vapour Conversion

Generated hydrocarbon vapours are cooled and condensed into Tyre Pyrolysis Oil, a valuable alternative industrial fuel and refinery feedstock.

Material Recovery

Recovered product streams include Recovered Carbon Black and Pyrolysis Oil.
